You can’t design a more effective physical space for improved patient care without getting hands on and trying things out. He tells us how you have to actually build the space for patient care and be flexible enough to adapt and disseminate what you learn.

I somehow think that it might be a good idea for a patient being heard by their doctor. I found this posting highly interesting and refreshing.

This sounds really heartening that in the present times there are some physicians who listen to what their patients have to say. This is really commendable. :)
