Imagine, for instance, bioengineered cyborg blood vessels that could sense glucose levels and activate an implanted insulin pump, or nanoscale pacemakers coupled to nanoscale defibrillators within artificial heart tissue.

Science has come so far. All we have to do now is develope a method for producing bio-genetic plasma. This would be a definite breakthrough for modern science.
